To develop a platform similar to Intro.co, which allows users to book one-on-one video calls.
Project Requirements:
Custom Design & User Experience (UX/UI): The platform will require a completely new design that reflects a modern, professional, and easy-to-use experience. User interface should be intuitive, modern, and simple with obvious easy to use navigation. A responsive, mobile-first approach for a seamless experience on all devices.
Core Features:
User Profiles: Experts and users should be able to create and customise their profiles. The expert profile should highlight their expertise, areas of mentorship, and a calendar of availability for 1-on-1 calls.
Search and Filters: Users should be able to search for experts based on categories (e.g., fashion, gaming, entrepreneurship) and view the creator’s availability.
Booking System: A simple, secure, and efficient booking system for users to schedule a call with a creator. It should include payment gateway integration for booking confirmation.
Call Integration: Integration of a reliable and secure call API (like Zoom, Google Meet, or a custom solution) to allow seamless communication.
Ratings & Reviews: A system where users can leave feedback or reviews after their call to help build trust and credibility.
Notification System: Alerts to notify users and creators about upcoming calls, confirmation emails, reminders, and follow-up requests.
Admin Dashboard:
An admin panel to manage the platform's users, creators, bookings, payments, and content. The admin should also be able to approve experts, manage disputes, and analyse site usage.
Payment Integration:
Integration with a secure payment gateway (like Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to process payments for each booking. This will allow experts to earn money through the platform for their time, and users to easily make payments for the service.
Security and Data Privacy:
The site must follow the best practices in data security to protect user information, payment details, and video call privacy. GDPR compliance is also essential.
Scalability:
The platform should be built with scalability in mind, allowing for easy future enhancements such as adding new features, supporting additional languages, or scaling the infrastructure to accommodate more users and experts.
Additional Information: The platform should have a minimalistic, and modern aesthetic, similar to current web design trends, and be highly user-centric. We want to ensure that the platform stands out for both its design and functionality, offering a seamless experience for both users and creators.
Budget & Timeline: Please provide an estimate for both design and development phases, including costs for any additional plugins or integrations.
Experience Required: A developer (or team) with experience in building booking platforms, implementing secure payment systems, and integrating call functionalities. Strong design experience and familiarity with modern UI/UX best practices are essential. Prior experience building similar platforms or working with high-traffic applications is a plus.
