We are in the process of launching a new clothing brand targeted at the GCC market, and we are seeking an experienced and talented fashion designer to assist us with fabric selection and design for a high-quality summer clothing line. Given the unique climate conditions in the GCC, we are focusing on materials that are breathable, lightweight, and suitable for the intense summer heat while maintaining comfort and elegance.
The key requirements for this role include:
Fabric Expertise: A deep understanding of high-quality fabrics that are ideal for hot and humid climates. We are particularly interested in materials that are breathable, moisture-wicking, and durable, ensuring comfort for consumers throughout the summer.
Design Vision: Experience in designing clothing collections that blend fashion with functionality, keeping in mind the practical needs of the GCC consumer (lightweight, stylish, and comfortable).
Sustainability and Quality: We are committed to offering high-end, sustainable products, and we are looking for fabrics that reflect this commitment.
Cultural Awareness: A strong understanding of local tastes, preferences, and cultural considerations to ensure that the designs resonate with our target audience.
