Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating offer processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Promote our employer brand to attract high-quality applicants and enhance the candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to improve processes and outcomes.
