Expected duration: Ongoing I’m looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide virtual support with managing my professional email account, calendar, and key administrative tasks. This role requires excellent attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
The role is remote, paying £15 per hour for approximately 3–5 hours of work per week. Also must be based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Conduct an initial sort and clean-up of a backlog of emails. Flag priority messages and organise the inbox using folders/labelling. Support with drafting and replying to emails as needed.
Diary Management: Book meetings, 1-2-1s, and internal/external appointments. Send reminders and prompt me to complete key admin actions. Coordinate scheduling across multiple platforms (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Google).
Administrative Support: Maintain a light-touch task list. Support general follow-up and time management. Assist with formatting or preparing occasional documents if needed.
