Hello, We already have the existing plans drawn up on CAD of a large house which needs a front elevation re-model.
Over the years its had extension upon extension and is now very messy with unbalanced positions and styles of windows etc which do not match.
It needs a modest front elevation extension to accommodate a new central staircase and most likely new central front door. Also elements of the front need re-modelled or tweaked (hopefully it does not need a grandeous restyle (certainly not grey aluminum or white render) , just sensitive window position/style changes and sensitive extension. Although Designs could be on CAD they could also be hand drawn as we are just looking for the creative concept or concepts to get the best solution.
Needs experience of detail as small details and balance of proportions can make or break a design.
