We are an established and fast-growing e-commerce business seeking a GoKickflip product configuration expert to complete a 100 SKU pilot project. This brief includes two clear deliverables:
1) A full audit and optimisation of 60 SKUs already built
2) The end-to-end build of 40 additional SKUs based on our embroidery product line
Successful delivery of this pilot project will lead to long-term work across our wider 20,000 SKU catalogue.
Scope of Work (Part 1) – Audit & Optimisation of 60 SKUs:
You will be required to review and make updates to the 60 SKUs that have already been built in GoKickflip. These SKUs must be audited for consistency, quality, and functionality. Required actions include, but are not limited to:
• Text and instructional copy changes • Iconography and visual uniformity • Dynamic pricing validation • Application of missing logic or personalisation modules • Functionality fixes and layout alignment • Addressing any issues raised by us or discovered by you
All required changes to these 60 SKUs are included within the project scope and must be completed to our standards.
Scope of Work (Part 2) – Build of Final 40 SKUs:
The final 40 SKUs must be built in GoKickflip using the structure, logic, and styling of the previously built SKUs. These will focus specifically on embroidered product lines, which will include some additional modules or logic variations, such as:
• Adjusted pricing • Product imagery, product colour changes using Hex codes provided. • Variety of Product placement options with different colours for each placement. • Additional personalisation modules (e.g. “3D Puff Text” for hats) • Adjustments to logic to suit embroidery vs DTG print-based products
All product configuration guidance will be provided via a detailed working document and ongoing calls and video recordings if necessary. Any necessary clarification or support will be available throughout the project.
Revisions & Sign-Off: Revisions, edits, and review feedback will be provided by our internal team. Work will remain within scope until each SKU is approved and signed off by CUSTOMEE Ltd. We expect ongoing collaboration until final sign-off.
No additional fees or “out of scope” charges will be accepted within this 100 SKU pilot unless explicitly approved in writing after final sign-off has occurred.
Future Opportunity: This project forms part of a pilot programme. If successful, and if delivered within our expected timeframe and standards, we will invite the chosen freelancer to scope and schedule a longer-term contract to support configuration of our 20,000 SKU catalogue.
Mandatory Requirement – Experience with GoKickflip: ⚠️ Applications will only be considered if the following criteria are met: • You have previously configured products on the GoKickflip platform • You can demonstrate a successful track record using the tool • You are able to provide screenshots, working links, or portfolio examples showcasing your GoKickflip work
Applications that do not include proof of GoKickflip experience will be automatically rejected.
Ideal Candidate: • Strong knowledge of GoKickflip product personalisation and conditional logic • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to structured briefs • Clear communication and ability to work independently • Familiarity with Google Sheets and file management • Available to begin immediately and meet deadlines
Agreement Terms: We ask all applicants to confirm they understand and agree to the following: • The entire scope (audit + 40 builds) is covered under the fixed project fee • Revisions are included until all SKUs are signed off • No additional charges will be accepted unless mutually agreed after project completion • If any of the above conditions are not met or agreed to, the contract will not proceed
