This project requires a temporary website developer and IT support professional to provide assistance with a variety of tasks between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:30 pm BST, from Monday through Friday. The freelancer will be expected to respond promptly via messaging platforms like Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp. Duties will include resolving issues involving WordPress editors like the classic editor, block editor, and Elementor. Other responsibilities are setting up contact forms using SMTP, fixing issues with live chat scripts, and addressing technical problems on pages such as server timeouts and database errors. The freelancer should have strong skills working with JavaScript and CSS, along with the ability to build new themes, optimize existing themes, or make adjustments. Any additional issues reported must be addressed quickly as they arise. Experience is needed fixing a range of different challenges, including but not limited to working with various elements on pages and resolving hosting concerns. The individual will complete a diverse set of fixes and support requests on an as-needed basis to provide online and IT assistance.
