About Us: We're a UK-based digital marketing agency that runs high-converting paid ad campaigns for clients across property, coaching, and professional services. We know our stuff, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in and deliver results without hand-holding.
What We Need: Someone who can manage Facebook Ad campaigns from start to finish, including:
- Creating and testing ad creatives (copy and images/video)
- Setting up and managing campaigns (cold traffic and retargeting)
- Building audiences and lookalikes
- Tracking results and reporting on KPIs
- Troubleshooting underperforming campaigns
- Working with lead forms, landing pages, and funnel flows
You Should Have: ✅ Proven results and experience with Facebook Ads (especially for lead generation) ✅ A strategic brain – not just pressing buttons ✅ Clear communication and reliable turnaround times ✅ Ability to work with minimal input (this is NOT a training role) ✅ Strong understanding of metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.
Useful if you have:
- Experience with coaching, property, or B2B service industries
- Skills in creative copywriting
- Knowledge of ActiveCampaign or landing page tools
