We are looking to engage an experienced bookkeeper to support a UK-based property investment business on an ongoing basis. Scope of Work: Regular bookkeeping (quarterly) Recording and reconciling: Rental income Property-related expenses Loan and mortgage payments Bank transactions Maintaining accurate P&L and balance sheet records Posting journals with appropriate supporting documentation Ensuring records are up to date and aligned with accountant requirements Providing clear audit trails and year-end preparation support Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Xero Experience with property investment or real estate bookkeeping Ability to liaise professionally with external accountants Reliable communication and attention to detail If you offer these services, please respond with a summary of your experience, availability, and pricing for quarterly book keeping.
