We are a growing e-commerce business, The Hygiene Company, operating on the Shopify platform. We specialize in providing high-quality hygiene solutions for various sectors. We are looking to significantly enhance our online presence, improve user experience, and drive substantial sales growth through strategic improvements to our Shopify store.
Objective:
To identify and engage a highly skilled Shopify expert or agency capable of optimizing our store to achieve:
1. Superior Product Listings: Make our product pages more engaging, informative, and conversion-focused.
2. Enhanced SEO Performance: Improve organic search visibility for key products and categories.
3. Increased Sales & Conversion Rates: Translate improved visibility and user experience into higher revenue.
Scope of Work:
The ideal candidate/agency will demonstrate expertise and capability in the following areas:
• Product Listing Optimization:
o Review and optimize existing product descriptions for clarity, benefits, and call-to-actions.
o Implement best practices for product imagery/video integration.
o Advise on and implement strategies for product variants, metafields, and structured data.
o Improve product page layout and user experience (UX) to guide customers to purchase.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
o Conduct comprehensive keyword research relevant to our products and target audience.
o Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and URLs.
o Improve site speed and mobile responsiveness for SEO benefit.
o Develop a content strategy for blog posts or relevant landing pages to drive organic traffic.
o Implement schema markup where beneficial.
o Provide recommendations for ongoing SEO monitoring and adjustments.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Sales Strategy:
o Analyze current sales funnels and identify bottlenecks.
o Suggest and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment.
o Optimize calls-to-action (CTAs) and button placement.
o Explore opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and bundling.
o Advise on customer review integration and utilization.
o Potentially integrate or optimize apps that support sales growth (e.g., email marketing, loyalty programs).
Deliverables (Examples):
• A detailed audit report of current Shopify store performance (product listings, SEO, sales funnels).
• Prioritized list of actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Implementation of agreed-upon changes to product listings and site structure.
