Description: I am looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Personal Assistant to support a busy household with day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll be helping with passport and visa applications, appointment bookings, form submissions, and other personal admin tasks.
This role suits someone with excellent written English, great online research skills, and discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities: • Completing and submitting online forms (e.g. passport, visa, school, health) • Booking appointments and managing household calendars • Researching services (childcare, travel, local providers, etc.) • Creating checklists and digital filing systems • Online shopping and order tracking • Occasional follow-ups via email or phone (within the UK)
Requirements: • Fluent English and strong written communication • Proficient with Google Docs, PDFs, online forms, and calendars • Highly organised and proactive • UK-based or able to work to UK time zone • Experience with household support or family admin preferred
