I seek a proficient business-to-business telemarketer to facilitate scheduling appointments for my external sales representatives within the aviation industry. Potential clients have already been identified through prior research. The individual will be responsible for directly contacting decision-makers at these organizations via telephone in an effort to arrange sales visits on behalf of my external team.
Upon establishing contact, the telemarketer must eloquently pitch the value proposition and purpose of the proposed meetings while maintaining a polite and professional decorum. Once an appointment has been confirmed, all relevant details such as names, titles, dates, and times must be inputted into our customer relationship management software (Hubspot) to track progress and ensure proper coordination between departments.
Success will be measured by the number of qualified sales appointments generated through outgoing call efforts. The ideal candidate must possess supreme communication abilities and emotional intelligence to navigate conversations, address objections, and ultimately secure commitments from high-level aviation industry stakeholders. Prior business development or inside sales experience within a B2B setting is preferred but not required.
