The templates should follow a grunge-style visual aesthetic – bold, raw, and eye-catching – tailored for beauty and fitness influencers who want to showcase visual transformations in a clean, fast-paced, and professional format.

Each template must:
Be fully customizable (text, media, colors, duration)
Be cleanly structured: 01_Design / 02_Edit / 03_Render
Use control layers only (sliders, checkboxes, dropdowns, etc.)

Use only Creative Commons placeholder media (e.g., from Pexels, Unsplash)
Include a short PDF with editing instructions and asset links
Be compatible with After Effects CC 2021+
Require no third-party plugins
