Need a multi-component system that supports the following features: Affiliate verification Domain Selection DNS forwarding to our server Website Template Customization This system aims to enable businesses or individuals who have registered as affiliates to create and manage their websites with minimal technical expertise from a link provided upon signup completion.
Scope This system will consist of the following primary modules:
1. Domain Selection: An API for selecting, purchasing, forwarding dns to our hosting server and managing domains 2. Website Template Customization: Tools for users to customize one of five website templates without coding for their website. 3. Embed Affiliate information into links integrated into the funnel options. 4. Store HTML on our server for content to display to visitors of the affiliate's website registered above.
The system will be accessible via a web interface and optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
1. Overall Description 1.1 System Overview The system will act as a one-stop solution for affiliates registered to build and manage their personal funnel website. Affiliates will use the system to host traffic and earn commissions by promoting Personal Transformation options to include Financial, Life, and Health options. 1.2 User Classes and Characteristics 1.3 Affiliate Users: Characteristics: Non-technical users, focused on marketing and promotion. Primary Needs: Easy signup, referral tracking and user interaction analytics.
2. End Users (Website Creators): Characteristics: Small business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-technical individuals. Primary Needs: Intuitive tools for domain management and template customization.
3. Administrators: Characteristics: Technical staff managing the platform. Primary Needs: Monitor system usage, handle disputes, manage templates and domains, and generate reports.

Functional Requirements 3.1 Affiliate Verification 3.2 Provide affiliate a user interface for selecting a domain name and dns forwarding 3.3 Domain Selection 3.4 Integrate to search for domain availability. 3.5 Use the platform to perform real-time domain availability checks. 3.6 Allow users to purchase, renew, and manage domains 3.7 Provide domain recommendations based on keywords, with suggestions powered by domain search capabilities. 3.8 Automate DNS configuration for purchased domains to ensure seamless integration with the system website hosting. 3.9 Support email forwarding and domain privacy options.

Website Template Customization 4.1 Left empty. 4.2 Offer a library of pre-designed templates. 4.3 Provide affiliate a dashboard with their current template (where applicable) and five templates to choose from to personalize 4.4 Enable drag-and-drop editing for template customization. 4.5 Allow users to upload their assets (e.g., logos, images). 4.6 Provide a preview mode to view changes before publishing. 4.7 Provide a publish button to store the personalized template on our hosting servers 4.8 A screen reporting the status of the process. 4.9 Application to host content 4.10 Login button for Affiliate admin back-end for traffic analytics
5. Non-Functional Requirements 5.1 Performance Requirements 5.2 The system should handle up to 10,000 concurrent users. 5.3 Page load time should not exceed 2 seconds under normal conditions.
6. Security Requirements 6.1 Implement all necessary and customary security processes. 6.2 Comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
7. Usability Requirements 7.1 The user interface should be intuitive and responsive. 7.2 Provide a help center and tool tips for user guidance.
