I require a basic single page responsive website to be developed using HTML5 and CSS3. The site will feature a header, hero section including an image and text overlay, three feature boxes containing icons and text, and a footer containing simple contact details and social links. Visitor analytics tracking needs integrating using Google Analytics or similar to monitor usage. The content and branding will be provided. The focus is on clean well structured semantic code, valid to W3C specifications. A responsive grid system would be preferable to enable content to dynamically rearrange on different devices utilizing CSS media queries. Layout should be pixel perfect at desktop and mobile breakpoints. User experience must be optimized First Meaningful Paint, Largest Contentful Paint and Speed Index metrics. Accessibility compliance as per WCAG 2.1 AA is expected. Unit testing and source control versioning should be implemented during development. The site is only required for a 6 month campaign period so ongoing updates are not anticipated. However, the code must be modular, well documented and easy for non developers to maintain updates to content if needed. Initial launch, basic analytics setup and one round of minor bug fixes are included. Additional features or changes will be quoted separately.
