I'm looking for an experienced AI freelancer to set up a self-hosted conversational chatbot, similar to ChatGPT, on my own server (VPS or dedicated, Ubuntu-based).
✅ What I need: Full installation and configuration of an open-source LLM (Mistral, LLaMA, GPT4All, Phi, DeepSeek, OpenChat, etc.)
The chatbot must:
Run locally on my server (not depend on OpenAI or external APIs)
Handle conversations in both English and Romanian
Have a basic web interface (chat box – no fancy design needed)
The project should include:
Deployment on my Ubuntu server
Optional: Docker container or API access
A simple usage manual (how to run, restart, update, etc.)
