Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
Coordinate interviews and assist in the hiring process
Maintain HR documents such as employee records, contracts, and performance reviews
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Monitor and manage time-off requests and attendance tracking
Assist with HR events, training sessions, and wellness initiatives
