I am creating a YouTube video focused on physical agility and practical self-defense techniques. The video will demonstrate a series of safe, educational exercises designed to improve mobility and problem-solving skills in everyday scenarios.
The assistant’s role will include:
Helping with filming by holding and positioning a camera or smartphone,
Assisting in ensuring the exercises are performed smoothly and safely,
Being present during filming in a public outdoor location.
No technical filming skills are required. This project is fully safe, respectful, and intended for a general audience.
