We are The Builders Academy, a UK-based training provider for construction and health & safety qualifications. We’re seeking a skilled freelancer to manage our SEO, social media, and content publishing with a focus on technical accuracy, backlink acquisition, and ongoing traffic growth.
You will:
Improve and maintain SEO for our Magento 2 website.
Monitor and resolve 404, 403, and indexing issues using GTM, GSC, and Analytics.
Ensure all platforms are properly connected and providing accurate data.
Research and allocate backlinks from relevant, high-ranking websites to boost authority and rankings.
Upload and publish our weekly blog posts, ensuring: • E-E-A-T compliance • Real-world examples and case studies • Humanised, Google-friendly, plagiarism-free content • Subtle, effective calls-to-action
Publish one full Facebook post weekly and daily LinkedIn/Facebook snippets.
Provide monthly reports covering SEO, backlinks, traffic, and social performance.
Skills Required: ✔ SEO expertise, including backlink strategy and outreach ✔ Ability to fix technical SEO issues and optimise indexing ✔ GTM, GSC, and Analytics expertise ✔ Magento 2 experience ✔ Social media management for LinkedIn & Facebook ✔ Excellent English and editorial skills ✔ Highly organised, reliable, and proactive
This is a long-term, flexible, part-time role. Please apply with examples of your SEO, backlink work, and Magento 2 experience, and include your hourly or daily rate.
