I'm seeking a talented Social Media & Content Strategist to help shape and execute a clear content direction across platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The main goal is to increase community engagement through compelling content that resonates with festival, travel, and luxury audiences. This is a project-based role for approximately three months, with the potential to evolve into a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. - Ideate and create content, especially photo posts and reels, that captivates our target audience. - Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with our events and campaigns. - Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms to boost traffic and engagement. - Analyze content and ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Ensure our social media profiles are structured to maintain engagement and convert interest into action.
Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation, particularly for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. - Experience in managing and optimizing paid social media advertising. - An eye for trends and understanding of what works in luxury, travel, and festival/event niches - Ability to create engaging photo content and coordinate with creative teams. - Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and refine strategies. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
