Formulas calculating key metrics like EBITDA, operating margin, net income etc need to be integrated. Conditional formatting showing variances between base case and what-if scenarios is vital. Pivots and charts visualizing the implications of input tweaks on important KPIs over time must feature prominently. Finally, the file has to be designed for sharing within an organization, so well-organized sheets with descriptive names and titles are paramount alongside help documentation. Only bids demonstrating expertise developing sophisticated Excel models with forecasting at their core will be considered.
