Solicitor Required – Matrimonial Home Rights Notice & Restrictive Covenant Advice (Divorce Context)

Dear Network,
I am seeking a UK-qualified solicitor with expertise in divorce and property law, to assist with an urgent and specific matter relating to my marital home.
Due to a breakdown in my marriage, my wife and I are now separated, and I urgently need to protect my financial and legal interests relating to the family property.
Immediate Requirement: I require assistance with:
Placing a Matrimonial Home Rights Notice on the property (registered in my wife's sole name), to secure my legal interest and occupation rights.
Advising on and, if appropriate, drafting and registering any restrictive covenants or legal mechanisms to prevent the property from being sold or remortgaged without my consent.
The property in question is our matrimonial home, and I have made significant financial contributions to its renovation and upkeep.
Ongoing Support: This situation may evolve, and I anticipate the need for further legal guidance in due course as we navigate matters of ownership, financial arrangements, and children. I am therefore also open to establishing an ongoing working relationship for future matters as they arise.
