We’re looking for a creative and experienced thumbnail designer who knows how to craft bold, eye-catching YouTube thumbnails optimized for high click-through rates. Our channel focuses on reaction content (TV shows, movies, and trending topics), and we need thumbnails that are clean, emotional, and mobile-friendly.
We’re ideally looking for someone who:
Has experience with reaction, commentary, or entertainment-style channels
Understands CTR psychology (bold expressions, contrast, large text when needed)
Can work with provided screenshots and faces, and knows how to enhance them without over-editing
Delivers on time and is open to feedback/collaboration
