Description: I am seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of my tuition business. This is an ongoing, part-time role that requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. While most tasks can be completed remotely, you will need access to a printer and postal services for occasional document mailing. Responsibilities: Client Messaging & Communication: Respond promptly to incoming messages from parents and students using our communication tools. Maintain professionalism and clear communication in all interactions. Document Management: Print worksheets and educational materials. Prepare and mail printed materials to provided addresses as needed. Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain and update Excel or Google Sheets with attendance, payment, and scheduling data. Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings with students and parents using scheduling tools. Send reminders and follow-ups as needed. Call Handling: Answer initial inquiry calls. Provide basic information about the tuition services and capture caller details for follow-up. Video Upload Support: Upload prepared videos to video-sharing platforms. Add titles, descriptions, and thumbnails as needed. Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Quick response time to messages and inquiries. Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets. Basic understanding of video uploading processes. Access to a printer and ability to mail physical documents. Highly organized, reliable, and responsive. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in education, tutoring, or admin roles. Comfortable handling introductory phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, Canva (a plus but not mandatory).
