An expert is needed who has experience successfully navigating Google's customer support processes to escalate this issue on my behalf through the proper procedures and proper channels until the inappropriate reviews are permanently expunged as intended. Experience building positive relationships with representatives and a track record for courteous but persistent follow up will be vital for getting the unwanted evaluations stricken for good. Knowledge of Google My Business management and familiarity with Google's policies would be preferable.
