Publication on other sites, including subsidiaries or alternative domains, will be deemed a failure, leading to non-payment and a refund request. Must be indexed by Google for search visibility. Freelancer must provide proof (e.g., screenshot of article in Google search results using title or unique phrase). Must be permanent, with a written guarantee that the article will not be removed from WashingtonTimes.com. If removed, the freelancer must reinstate it or refund the full amount. Freelancer is responsible for ensuring the article meets WashingtonTimes.com’s editorial standards.
Timeline: Publication within 3 business days from project start (date Escrow funds are deposited and article text provided). Example: If the project starts Monday, the article must be live by end of Wednesday (business days: Monday-Friday). Daily progress updates via WorkStream are required until publication.
Freelancer Requirements Experience: Verifiable track record of publishing guest posts on WashingtonTimes.com or similar high-profile news sites. Provide at least one live link to a previously published article on WashingtonTimes.com. Verification of Publication: Upon completion, provide: Direct link to the article on https://www.washingtontimes.com/. Screenshot of the article on the website, showing URL and publication date. Proof of Google Indexing (e.g., screenshot of Google search results). Written confirmation of permanent publication. No Post-Publication Changes: Confirm no changes are needed after publication, provided the article matches the submitted text and meets website standards. Transparency: Disclose any fees paid to WashingtonTimes.com, included in the quoted price. Communication: All interactions, including article submission and updates, must occur via WorkStream for documentation.
Payment Terms Escrow: Full agreed amount deposited into Escrow upon project acceptance. Funds released only after I verify: Article is published on https://www.washingtontimes.com/. Article is Google-indexed. Article matches submitted text and image. Written confirmation of permanent publication is provided. Non-Delivery: No payment for publication on other websites, failure to index, or removal. Full refund requested from Escrow. No Partial Payments: Payment only for full completion as specified. Disputes: Resolved via PeoplePerHour support, with WorkStream communications as evidence.
Anti-Deception Measures Exclusivity: Freelancer must agree that publication on any site other than https://www.washingtontimes.com/ is unacceptable, resulting in non-payment and refund request. Verification: I will verify the article’s publication via the provided link and Google search. Fake or incorrect links will lead to invoice rejection and a report to PeoplePerHour support.
