Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks I am looking for an experienced SuiteCRM developer to help set up and customise a new SuiteCRM installation on our our web hosting. The goal is to create a modern, user-friendly CRM experience that incorporates some of the best features and visual elements from other CRM's such as ZohoCRM and Monday.com.
Project Scope: - Install SuiteCRM (latest stable version) on our web hosting environment. - Improve the user interface and experience to be more visually appealing and intuitive (custom theme) - Setup auto sending emails and automation. - Custom fields, layouts, and reporting as per our requirements. - Follow the tasks listed below.
Tasks (Please note, some of these features may already exist in the latest SuiteCRM build): - Faster lead capture - Build a custom lead form pop-up accessible from any page (no full page load) to quickly log event/charity contacts. - Inline editing - Allow inline field edits directly from the lead list without opening full records. - Contact enrichment - Integrate with Hunter.io / RocketReach API to auto-populate missing contact details. - Add real-time commenting on lead records (like chat threads). - Event-based lead templates - Create pre-filled templates for charity events (pulling in default fields for gala/auction leads). - Marking leads and opportunities with particular colour - This could be based on the Status which is selected that defines the colour (similar to how Monday CRM looks) - Pin-to-top function for particular leads and opportunities, or option to Create a ‘focused’ list
Requirements: - Proven experience installing and customising SuiteCRM. - Strong PHP, MySQL, and front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly CRM interfaces. - Familiarity with ZohoCRM and/or Monday.com is a big plus. - Good communication and ability to follow our feature list and feedback.
