We’re a small design-led business building premium outdoor bike and bin stores for homes in London — and we need help keeping our finances tidy and functional.
We’re looking for someone who can go through receipts, invoices, and bills, tag them properly in QuickBooks, and assign each item to the correct project and product, so we can see where every penny goes.
What you’ll be doing: - Tagging and organising receipts, bills, and invoices - Assigning spend to the right project and right category (metalwork, timber, design, labour, etc.) - Helping us build a clear picture of project profit - Flagging anything odd or unclear along the way
What we’re looking for: - Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks) - Strong attention to detail: you like keeping things organised, and you love a spreadsheet - Able to follow instructions but also ask thoughtful questions. - You’re UK-based and understand VAT and how UK suppliers bill - You’ve worked with project-based businesses before (construction, joinery, landscaping, etc.)
