I’m looking for help with three ongoing tasks. Please read the full description below and let me know if this is something you can do. I estimate the total work to be around £10 per week. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
1. Facebook Group Research (2 hours every 3 weeks) I need someone to log into my Facebook account and look through the groups I’ve joined. The goal is to find upcoming craft events in my local area (UK) for:
The current month
The following month
You will need to add the event details into an Excel spreadsheet (I can provide the template). The information to collect:
Event name
Date
Location
Link to the Facebook group where it was posted
Any extra info (e.g., stall cost, contact info, or links to apply for a stall)
This task will be done once every 3 weeks, and should take about 2 hours each time.
2. Automated Social Media Posting (1 hour per week) I need someone to create and schedule 6 social media posts per week using an automated posting app (e.g., Social Rabbit or similar). The posts can be created using the images, descriptions, and prices from my website, so creating one post should take about 10 minutes.
You can schedule all posts in one go (for example, every Monday), using the app to post automatically across all platforms during the week.
3. Uploading Products to Other Platforms (1 hour per week) I also need my products listed on additional selling platforms:
eBay
Etsy
Folksy
Facebook Marketplace
This can be done using an automated tool or app (preferred to save time). I expect this to take about 1 hour per week, and it will be ongoing until all products are uploaded.
