I’m seeking a talented SuiteCRM developer to install and customise a fresh SuiteCRM setup on our web hosting. The aim is to deliver a modern, visually engaging, and highly intuitive CRM experience—drawing inspiration from the best features and interface styles of tools like ZohoCRM and Monday.com.
Project Overview Install the latest stable version of SuiteCRM on our provided hosting environment.
Customise the UI/UX to be more visually appealing and intuitive through a tailored theme.
Set up automation for email sending and workflow triggers.
Add custom fields, layouts, and reports based on our requirements.
Implement specific features outlined below.
Feature Requirements (Note: Some features may already exist in the latest SuiteCRM release)
Faster Lead Capture – Create a custom lead form pop-up accessible from any page (no full page reload) for quickly logging event/charity contacts.
Inline Editing – Allow direct, in-place edits from the lead list view without opening full records.
Contact Enrichment – Integrate with Hunter.io or RocketReach API to auto-fill missing contact details.
Real-Time Comments – Enable chat-style commenting on individual lead records.
Event-Based Templates – Build pre-filled templates for charity events (e.g., gala/auction), pulling in default fields automatically.
Status-Based Colour Coding – Assign colours to leads/opportunities based on their status (similar to Monday.com).
Pin-to-Top & Focus Lists – Option to pin specific leads/opportunities or create a “focused” list for quick access.
Developer Requirements Proven experience with SuiteCRM installation and deep customisation.
Strong skills in PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to design clean, modern, user-friendly CRM interfaces.
Familiarity with ZohoCRM and/or Monday.com is a strong advantage.
Good communication skills and ability to work from a clear feature list with ongoing feedback.
