The platform will tokenize property ownership as NFTs, enabling users to securely list, buy, sell, and explore properties with full transparency.
Key Features: - Detailed real estate listings with comprehensive property info - Wallet login with Web3 integration (e.g., MetaMask) - NFT minting for ownership proof (ERC-721/ERC-1155 standards) - Marketplace UI supporting offers, bids, and sales - Future support for crypto payments (ETH, USDT, and other tokens)
Technical Requirements: - Fullstack development with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, Node.js) - Smart contract development with Solidity for NFT minting and marketplace logic - Experience with Web3 libraries like ethers.js or web3.js - Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) - Familiarity with wallet integration and crypto payments - Knowledge of secure smart contract practices and auditing - Bonus: Experience with IPFS or other decentralized storage solutions for hosting metadata and assets - Good understanding of UI/UX best practices for marketplace platforms
