Seeking 3D Visualisation Specialist for New Home – Renders, Walkthrough & Interactive Model
Hello! I’m having a new house built and have received the full 2D architectural plans, including detailed floor layouts. To get a better sense of the space before construction begins, I’m looking for an experienced 3D visualisation professional to help bring the design to life.
It's a terraced house on three floors (ground floor, basement and first floor - a covered area of approx 5,000 square feet with a rooftop terrace.
**What I’m Looking For** I’d like support with the following:
- High-quality still renders of key rooms, especially the living room and kitchen, furnished in a modern style - A video walkthrough** (pre-recorded animation) of the house interior - An interactive 3D model** that I can explore in real time (ideally desktop or browser-based)
**Preferred Software** Experience with one or more of the following is essential: - Autodesk 3ds Max - SketchUp - Blender - Lumion - Or other industry-standard tools for modelling, rendering and animation
**What I’ll Provide** - Full 2D architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, etc.) - Style preferences and reference images - Room priorities and layout guidance
**Budget & Pricing** I’m happy to share the drawings for a detailed quote, but I’d appreciate a **guide price** upfront based on similar past projects. Please include: - Estimated cost for each deliverable (renders, video, interactive model) - Timeframe for completion - Any revision policy
**Requirements** - Proven experience in architectural visualisation - A strong portfolio showcasing similar work - Clear communication and attention to detail
