I want to create a jotform with our logo to capture the following information - Client Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, Contact Name to gain access to the property; Contact number to gain access to the house; How did you hear about us. This form is to be emailed to 2 admin addresses
When the above information is inserted I want an invoice to be automatically created through Jotform and emailed to 2 admin addresses.
When the customer selects which service they want, they need to receive a payment link. I have created 3 links to our Monzo Bank account for the 3 levels of services.
The customer is to receive a confirmation email of the service they have submitted
