We are seeking a flexible and experienced freelance cold caller to join us on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English (preferably British English as a first language), and proven experience in making outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to prospects provided via a Google Sheet.
• Use a consistent pitch to introduce our services and set up meetings.
• Ideally have some background in the property industry, though this is a plus rather than a requirement.
• Be available to start immediately.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills, preferably with a British accent.
• Proven experience in outbound calling and cold calling.
• Ability to work independently and follow a script.
• Flexibility in working hours to reach prospects at suitable times.
