Source log listing each website and whether scraping was permitted. Email validation report, bounce rate under 5 percent on a random sample. Data sources and compliance Public websites that permit crawling, owner sites, Google Maps, Companies House, UK Land Registry for verification. Respect all robots.txt, Terms of Use and copyright rules. No automated scraping of sites that forbid it, use manual collection instead if necessary. Business contact details only, include opt out in any outreach. We reserve the right to remove any source that is non-compliant. Tools you should be comfortable with Scrapy or Python requests, Playwright or Puppeteer for rendered pages, rotating proxies, anti-bot handling, OCR where needed.
