I need a reliable VA to find and transcribe short-form videos from social media platforms and save them into a structured text format. You will be given 6-8 different influencers in total to transcribe from.
Your tasks will include: record and then Use Premiere pro (preferable) or other reliable transcribe tool to Transcribe videos from Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts (I’ll provide creator names). Collecting 12 videos per creator in total. If a creator is on multiple platforms, split the videos as evenly as possible (e.g. 4 Instagram, 4 TikTok, 4 YouTube Shorts). If a creator only has one platform, take all 12 from there. Always choose their most liked / most viewed videos. Saving each transcript as a .txt file using my template.
Each file must include:
Title Creator name Content Pillar & Sub-Category (I’ll provide the list) Date posted Platform (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts) Use for: Personality | Delivery style| Content | Both Video link Number of views (if visible) Number of likes (if visible) Copying the full transcript word-for-word (extremely important, must be 100% accurate).
Adding Notes: Hook: Call to Action (if any): Style markers: (e.g. fast cuts, calm tone, humour, big sister,educational etc).
Organising files into folders by Creator name and then inserting into a Platform folder.
Naming each file like this: creator_platform_pillar_date.txt Example: creatorA_instagram_editingtips_2024-07-02.txt.
Extremely Important: Transcripts must be 100% accurate — no paraphrasing, skipping words, or “cleaning up” the language. Every word, pause, or filler (like “um”, “you know”) should be written exactly as spoken. Consistency in formatting is essential.
What I’m looking for: Strong English and careful listening skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent formatting. Comfortable using transcription tools (Otter.ai, Whisper, etc.). Quick turnaround time.

Notes: - Hook: “Most of you are wasting HOURS on edits.” - CTA: “Save this so you don’t forget.” - Style markers: Fast, direct, motivational tone, cut every 2–3 seconds.
Application requirements: Share your transcription experience. Confirm you can follow the template exactly. Provide a short sample transcript (any social video you choose). Bonus if you’ve worked with social media content before.
