Description:
Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We are looking for a developer to build and deploy a production-ready monitoring system for the a Company Register. The system should run daily, collect company changes, analyze financial data, and generate structured reports. 1. Data Sources & API Access will be given 2. Core Features A) Daily Company Scanner Retrieve all company changes (1,800+ daily) Detect new company entries Automatically download annual financial statements (XML + PDF) Handle rate limiting (HTTP 429) with retries B) XML Financial Statement Analyzer Parse balance sheet XML Extract key metrics: total assets, equity, revenue, liquidity, etc. Calculate ratios: equity ratio, debt ratio, ROA Export reports in Excel and JSON formats C) New Company Tracking Weekly analysis of newly registered companies Duplicate detection via processed_documents.json Retrieve company details: name, address, legal form 3. Technical Specifications Use industry standard tech stacks 4. Output Formats JSON: raw detailed data Excel: formatted financial KPIs with German and English labels Organized by year (e.g., downloads/2025/) 5. Automation & Scheduling Daily execution at 06:00 via CRON Configurable download limits Optional: automatic email reports 6. Existing Codebase Basic code base available XML parser for format available Budget ist indicative for first phase, entire project will be longer and bigger (will be launched after first phase and success)
