We need a WordPress one-pager for a new-build project. Design/style follows our supplied logo/brand (warm, clean). There is a reference website which i can share in private.
SCOPE
- One-pager with clear sections: hero (video/photo), project intro, image gallery (renders), location, two buildings (Foxtrot & Tango), partners’ logos, CTA blocks. - Forms: 2–3 forms (lead/interested, general contact, optional brochure request). Email delivery + database storage, anti-spam. - CMS: WordPress, easy to manage (Elementor preferred) - Whitelabel: no credits in code or footer. - SEO/Perf (basic): titles/meta, sitemap, clean URLs, lazy-load, WebP where possible. - Hosting: build on our existing hosting (we provide WP/SFTP/DB).
DELIVERABLES - Live one-page site matching the brand, fully responsive. Maybe one or two additional pages. - Working 2–3 forms (tested).
TIMELINE
Start: ASAP Final delivery including corrections: 24 September 2025. Include at least 1–2 revision rounds before final.
