I am looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist with a proven track record in running campaigns for the financial services sector in the UK (mortgages, bridging loans, commercial finance, etc.). We currently have Google Ads set up, but the campaigns need reviewing, restructuring, and optimisation to ensure we are targeting the right keywords, minimising wasted spend, and generating high-quality leads. Key Requirements: Strong experience running Google Ads for financial services businesses in the UK (must understand FCA compliance and restrictions on financial advertising). Ability to audit and fix existing campaigns (keywords, ad copy, extensions, bidding strategy). Build new campaigns aligned with our niche funnels (auction finance, HMO, commercial mortgages, NHS remortgage, etc.). Implement conversion tracking (form fills, calls, booked appointments). Provide ongoing recommendations to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Familiarity with local targeting (Coventry, West Midlands, UK-wide). Deliverables: Full audit and fixes for existing campaigns. New campaign setup for priority niches. Weekly performance report + optimisation plan. Guidance on ad copy and landing page alignment (already designed in Weboso). Ideal Candidate: Google Ads certified. Previous clients in UK mortgages/finance/insurance. Can demonstrate measurable results in lead generation. Budget: Open to proposals, but looking for a specialist who can deliver results, not just clicks.
