This role is for a highly-creative Marketer who can create continuous, high-converting Facebook ads CREATIVES (videos, images, copy, hooks, text and angles) for our coaching business. Think Russell Brunson, Alex Hormozi, those kind of Facebook ad creatives.
⚠️ This is not a media buyer role — we already have someone running our FB ads, and handling the ad spend and tracking numbers.
We help MedSpa, Aesthetics, and Beauty business owners grow and scale. Our clients connect strongly with our message, and now we want to step up our marketing with constant creative testing and new campaigns. We're established since 2017 and have worked with thousands of clients.
We want someone SUPER creative!
We currently have 1 funnel: 5-Day Challenge (it's automated, so a new challenge starts EVERY Monday).
What you’ll do:
- Develop fresh video concepts, graphics, pictures, text, and ad copy in a direct-response style (think Russell Brunson vibes).
- Work closely with our in-house videographer (you provide the angles/hooks, he executes).
- Deliver creatives that stop the scroll and convert into leads and sales.
- Continuously help us test new ideas, iterate, and scale what works.
What we already have in place:
- Full-time videographer for content creation.
- Full-time media buyer who runs ads and handles all numbers.
This is an ongoing role, we’re looking for someone to continuously help us produce and test new creatives, and therefore reduce CPL and increase quality of clients.
