Stores transcripts in Staff Dashboard for transparency. Escalation Framework Define conditions where the system transfers control to human operators. Examples: when a dialogue reaches a decision point, or when input falls outside defined boundaries. Escalation logs full context for smooth handover. Integration Layer Expose service via API endpoints (/interact, /handover). Position agent as middleware between intake pipelines (webhooks) and Staff Dashboard. Keep modular (dedicated container or microservice). Transaction Marker (Stub) Lightweight record-keeping for commitments (states like “confirmed”, “pending”, “closed”). Stub only in this phase — no live transaction flows. Extension Hooks Prepare service stubs for future add-ons: Content Assistant → auto-generate draft posts/updates. Outreach Assistant → auto-prepare connection prompts. Metrics Assistant → auto-summarize performance insights.
