We are carrying out a large warehouse partition installation project which falls under building control. We’re receiving constant changes and pushback from a Building Control consultant working alongside the client, and we need support to make sure we’re fully covered under CDM 2015 regulations and can respond properly to shifting requirements.
We’re looking for an experienced CDM Consultant who can: • Review our project setup against CDM 2015 obligations. • Advise us on what responsibilities sit with us as the contractor, and what sits with the client and building control. • Help us respond clearly and firmly to the agencies demands where they may be overstepping. • Provide practical, hands-on advice to keep us compliant without unnecessary costs or delays.
We want someone affordable, pragmatic, and able to jump in quickly to guide us through compliance and communications.
Experience with large warehouse or industrial projects is ideal.
