The Node.js backend will manage Twilio API communication, authentication, and webhooks for call events, while the Vue.js frontend will provide users with an intuitive call interface featuring call controls, notifications, and a call history section. Each call record will store details such as caller and receiver numbers, timestamps, duration, outcome, and recording URL. The solution will include robust error handling, secure credential management, and role-based access control, ensuring that call data and recordings are handled securely and comply with applicable privacy regulations.
