Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-ray, D5, and Photoshop is essential, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality presentation drawings. A good command of English is required, while knowledge of Thai is advantageous. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
