We are looking for a sharp and highly proactive Social Media Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is not just about posting content—it’s about owning the strategy, execution, and measurable growth of our social media presence.

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms • Create, edit, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives • Monitor analytics, extract insights, and continuously optimize for growth • Actively engage with our community, managing comments, DMs, and brand reputation • Stay ahead of trends and test new content formats (reels, carousels, stories, etc.) • Collaborate with the internal team to align social campaigns with marketing initiatives
Qualifications: • Proven success in growing accounts and driving engagement • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Skilled in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar • Proficient with scheduling/analytics tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.) • Experience producing short-form video content is a strong plus
