Expected duration: 1 day or less I require a proper marked-up draft which must:
Show tracked changes – every insertion, deletion, and modification must be visible, so that it can be independently audited precisely what has been changed from the Original Version to Peter's Version.
Maintain structure – the comparison should clearly indicate which clauses have been retained, altered, or replaced, rather than presenting a fresh “clean” draft.
Use proper blackline comparison – ideally generated in Word using Review → Compare, so that there is a visible redline audit trail between the two versions.
The document must not read as a standalone redraft. While useful in itself, it hides the negotiation history and makes it impossible to show the publisher a transparent comparison between their draft and the CLEANED version.
What I require is a true blackline/markup document: Peter's Version with tracked changes clearly showing how it differs from the Original Version.
To help you further: In Peter’s version, the numbering was shifted. Clauses 1–9 remain the same, 10, 11, 12, and 13 in the original draft have been deleted, and Clause 10 of my draft is now Clause 14 of the original draft - the numbering mapping from 10 onwards is as follows:
All the original text in the Original Version MUST be crossed out but MUST remain VISIBLE in Peter's Version, and the document must be formatted appropriately; there should be no massive, random spaces. I need this document urgently.
