I’m looking for a designer experienced with Material Design 3 and Figma theme systems to help set up a full colour theme for an existing project.
The design is already complete, I just need help with the Material theme setup in Figma:
- Define a full colour palette (light and dark themes) using our existing primary colour as the base
- Set up colour variables for all states (high and low contrast, surface, background, on-surface, outline, etc.)
- Ensure the theme works correctly across all Material components
- Optionally export the colour variables as JSON for dev handoff
- You can suggest adjustments to improve contrast or balance, but keep the general direction of the primary colour
No UI design needed, this is purely a colour system and variable setup task in Figma.
Budget: Fixed price: £75 (suitable for a focused Figma-based theme setup). If you can also handle the JSON export and minor contrast refinements, I’m open to £100 for a quick, high-quality turnaround.
