We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to help manage rental leads and coordinate tours. In this role, you will monitor and update our internal dashboard with incoming inquiries, ensure tenant information is recorded accurately, and follow up promptly with potential renters. You’ll also be responsible for scheduling property tours, confirming availability, and keeping all appointments properly tracked in the system. Clear, professional communication is essential as you respond to leads, send information, and guide tenants through the scheduling process. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, but strong attention to detail, organization, and comfort using online tools are important. This is a flexible remote role with biweekly pay and opportunities to grow into a long-term position with our team.
