We are seeking a skilled freelancer to spearhead an automation project for our letting agency, focusing on streamlining two crucial workflows.
Firstly, we aim to automate email inquiries through a shared inbox, utilizing Zapier to extract relevant information, verify against a Google Sheet, generate part pre-filled Google Forms, and assign tasks to team members. This system will efficiently log inquiries, manage duplicates, and maintain a comprehensive tracking sheet for better accountability.
Secondly, we require automation of the pre-tenancy process, encompassing the signing of holding deposit agreements via DocuSign, seamlessly uploading information to a referencing platform, and issuing tenancy agreements post-approval. The completed documents must be securely stored in Google Drive.
