I am reaching out to engage a registered auditor in teh United Kingdom to prepare and submit an Independent Reasonable Assurance Report (IAR) in accordance with Innovate UK’s grant funding requirements.
Our company, Reinhart, has received Innovate UK support for an R&D project and must now submit cost certifications to reclaim 70% of our eligible expenditure.
As outlined in the attached documents (Annex 5, 6, and 7):
The accountant must be a registered auditor (listed on www.auditregister.org.uk
) in accordance with Annex 5 – Standard Terms of Engagement of Accountants.
The report must follow the Annex 7 – Independent Reasonable Assurance Report (IAR) Template and comply with ISAE 3000.
Reporting intervals and certification coverage are defined in Annex 6 – Intervals for Submission of Accountant’s Reports.
We require an accountant to:
Review our project expenditure and verify eligible costs (labour, subcontract, materials, etc.) for the current claim period.
Complete and sign the IAR on your firm’s headed paper following the Innovate UK format.
Submit the final report and provide a signed PDF copy for our records.
If you are eligible and available, please confirm:
Your auditor registration number and professional body.
Your estimated fee and turnaround time.
Confirmation that you can work under the attached Innovate UK terms (Annex 5).
